Bavaria is still a family enterprise up to the present day. Swinkels transfer their work from fathers to children and thus they carefully monitor the quality of the product.
Control begins at the level of the ingredients. All of them are of their own production: carefully selected hop and malt from the Bavaria’s own malt house and clean water from their own mineral spring – this ensures a high quality of beer in accordance with the Dutch standards.
