Automatic four-speed or six-speed Powershift transmission with shifting under load ensures smooth operation and the necessary power at the right time.

Special design hydrocylinders meet the highest requirements, which guarantees high quality and performance. Loaders have a central boom with centrally located hydraulic cylinders for symmetrical load distribution. On all machines, the boom has a full width support at the point of attachment. Loadall loading booms include large, replaceable, cast, nylon wear-resistant supports on which the boom section rests. A special Waxoil protective coating is applied to the supports, which increases service intervals by up to 500 hours, reducing maintenance costs and downtime. — The SPS smooth movement control system (JCB patent) is a unique boom suspension system. The system consists of two gas-accumulated hydroaccumulators mounted directly on the left hydraulic cylinder, and back-pressure valves of the hydraulic system protection for safety during operation in case the hoses break. — Hydraulic accumulators provide independent oscillations of the boom with load and chassis, effectively damping the loads acting on the machine while traveling over uneven terrain. The SPS system increases the operator’s comfort level and reduces the load on the machine during the transportation of goods and performing cyclic operations, which helps to reduce stresses in the elements of the structure and increase the service life of the machine. Agri Loadall machines use a limited slip differential (LSD) to reduce traction loss on slippery ground and ensure transmission of up to 75% of the possible torque to the wheels without slipping. Differentials with proportional torque transmission Max Torx provide torque transmission of up to 25%. LSD differentials can be installed in the front axle in combination with the proportional torque differential Max-Trac on the rear axle.
